Our secure dispatch service only operates within designated areas (e.g., a 10km radius of Booysens, Johannesburg). We cannot dispatch outside of these verified locations.

RETURN POLICY

At Highest THC, we hold ourselves to the ultimate standard of quality. If your experience falls short, our transparent return policy is designed to make things right.

1. Perishable Goods (Flower, Edibles, Vapes)

Due to the sensitive nature and strict health and safety regulations surrounding consumable cannabis products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened flower, edibles, or vapes unless the product is deemed defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photo evidence to process an exchange or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Accessories & Gear

Accessories and gear may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are completely unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was fundamentally defective.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's policy.
